High Temperature Resistant Polyester Wire Braided Steam Rubber Tube
Wire braided steam hose:
1. Use: Transport of saturated steam or superheated water from 150 °C to 170 °C, it is suitable for soft piping such as steam cleaner, steam hammer, flat vulcanizing machine and injection molding machine.
2, characteristics: Compare with the cloth steam hose and the polyester wire braided steam hose using better materials, high pressure and high temperature resistance, the service life is more than 1.5 times than the cloth steam hose, the burst pressure more than 2 times. The inner and outer rubber layers have good heat resistance and good anti-aging. The water pressure burst pressure of the hose is not less than 20 times than the working pressure.
3. The inner and outer rubber layers of the hose are made of EPDM synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance. The tube body is characterized by softness, lightness, flexibility and high heat resistance.
The product is based on the HG/T3036-09 standard and has a length of 20-100 meters.The temperature-resistant wire braided steam hoses produced by our company are all made of EPDM the original material rubber, no recyclable auxiliary materials, and the rubber adhesives use imported raw materials, which has the effect of strengthening the adhesion between steel wire and rubber. The inner wall of the hose produced by using the imported release agent which is smooth and the density is increased, and greatly improves the service life. Large diameter (φ45/φ51/φ64/76/89, 102mm above) wire braided steam hoses can be also made upon request.
